This is great for you, as the employer, because you can build a workforce that has been trained by you and understands the values of your company. It’s fantastic to see apprentices go on to secure permanent roles within their company, and we have often seen these lead to supervisory or managerial positions.
Research shows that apprenticeships are not just helping employers to build a loyal, skilled workforce, but enabling them to attract new business. 76% of apprentice employers polled say they promote their apprenticeship credentials when pitching for new business or talking about their company. A third of all the employers questioned said they are more likely to choose a supplier or partner if they offer apprenticeships.”
