The Home Depot offers an exclusive incentive program for IEC members. All who enroll receive a two percent rebate on all qualifying pre-tax purchases. In addition to the rebate for customers, The Home Depot will donate half of a percent of all the sales in this program to the IEC Foundation. Programs like this benefit both electricians in Indianapolis and throughout the state, allowing them to save on necessary materials for electrical work. Legislative Representation

IEC Indy proactively supports independent electricians in Indianapolis and across Indiana through active advocacy and representation in employment regulations, union activities, health plans, and discrimination laws.

Our Political Action Committee (PAC) and Political Education Fund are active in representing the interests of members to Congress. We also participate in both state and federal advisory boards, such as the Industry Career Awareness Program, promoting the importance of the electrical contracting industry.

Members also receive access to legal counsel on labor law and other relevant issues, ensuring they are protected as they navigate the evolving landscape of electrical contracting.
